When things in SoundFlow don't work as expected, it's a good idea to send us a bug report.
By sending us a bug report via our "Help/Issue" mechanism, we accomplish two important goals:
We make sure to ask you some vital questions that, if you answer them thoroughly, will help us help you much quicker.
We will automatically collect your SoundFlow log files and crash reports.
Bug report steps
To file a bug report, first click the SoundFlow icon up by the clock:
Then, towards the bottom of the window, next to Bypass, click Help/Issue:
In the window that comes up, please fill in all fields and tell us the details about how this issue appears, what steps you are taking, what you expected to happen and what actually happens.
For example, it's important you tell us more than "it doesn't work" - instead, tell us if you're seeing an error, if nothing happens, or if the wrong thing is happening.
That's it!
Our app will then collect log files, crash reports & other important configuration files, upload them to our server, and create a report in our forum.
We will then respond on the forum thread to help with your issue.
