Tool Tips must be set to on for both Function and Details for SoundFlow to work in Pro Tools. To check this, go to Pro Tools Preferences and check these in the Display tab.

The legacy version of SoundFlow Shortcuts 1.1.2 is no longer actively supported and will not work on Pro Tools 2019.5 and later systems. Please check the system requirements for more information.

There's a known issue with Pro Tools, where, when it's being controlled by SoundFlow or other 3rd party scripting software, the Pro Tools popup menus will become light grey instead of the usual dark grey.

This change affects the ability to search directly in popup menus, but is otherwise harmless. It's not a bug in SoundFlow but a feature in Pro Tools that's designed to keep compatibility with 3rd party software.
